Allison is a devoted follower of Christ, a fervent Bible teacher, and a dynamic leader whose life radiates commitment to faith, family, and service. Raised in a vibrant Christian family where faith was a living example, Allison was a spirited, strong-willed child with dreams of ruling the world. Her spiritual awakening came during a chapel service in elementary school on March 6, 1983. As the music director shared the story of Jesus’ death, burial, and resurrection, Allison—freshly scolded for propping her patent-leather shoes on the pew ahead—realized her sins were the reason for Christ’s sacrifice. Her penchant for questioning authority didn’t stop her from recognizing her need for a Savior. Guided by her teacher through Scripture, she confessed, repented, and chose to follow Jesus. Later that year, moved by her pastor’s sermon, she was baptized, marking the start of a lifelong journey of sanctification that continues to shape her.

As a young adult, Allison’s ambition led her down a path of academic success and political influence, chasing a vision she thought aligned with her conservative values. By age 21, she became the youngest elected official in Washington County, Maryland, mingling with prominent figures and tasting power, wealth, and status. Yet, like a frog in slowly boiling water, she sensed her heart drifting from God, swayed by cultural trends that clashed with His Word. The emptiness she felt revealed a neglected relationship with Jesus. Her life verse, Isaiah 58:12—“Some of you will rebuild the deserted ruins of your cities. Then you will be known as a rebuilder of walls and a restorer of homes”—had long inspired her as she misinterpreted the meaning of Scripture. In 2001, a deeper dive into Isaiah 58 and 59 exposed her lack of Biblical literacy and how far she had strayed, prompting her to surrender fully to Christ. Leaving the allure of politics behind, she embraced a calling to ministry with eternal rewards over worldly gain.

A Maryland native now living in Greencastle, Pennsylvania, Allison is a proud wife to Joe and mother to three adult children: Emma, a devoted doggy mom married to their son-in-love, Dylane; Gracie, a big-hearted, fiercely independent Liberty University student; and Hutson, a witty college baseball player.

Since 2001, she has poured her talents into diverse roles; Athletic Director and volleyball coach, Spanish and ESOL Teacher, Drama/Choral Director, and Women’s Ministry Director. Allison’s current ministry is rooted in connecting others to the God who loves and pursues her. From homemaker to speaking at women’s conferences, she serves with humility and purpose. Passionate about Scripture, Allison continues to write and teaches inductive Bible studies for her local church, empowering others to grow in biblical literacy. Recently, she returned to the public square as a talk radio host, blending her legislative and lobbying experience with a faith-driven perspective grounded solely in God’s Word. Fully understanding that Jesus Christ is the rebuilder of walls and restorer of homes, Allison lives to glorify God in every endeavor.

In her free time, Allison treasures family moments, offers a cozy lap to her beloved cockapoo, and indulges in dark chocolate. Oh, and she still has a love for patent-leather shoes!
